1. Our approach

We want customers to receive working, useful digital products. If something is wrong with your download or product access, contact us and we will try to fix it quickly.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to digital products sold on craftedjoy.store , including spreadsheets, PDF guides, printable files, templates, prompts and browser-based HTML toolkits.

Because these are digital products delivered electronically, cancellation and refund rules are different from physical goods.


3. UK/EU digital-content cancellation rights

If you are a UK/EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day cancellation right for online purchases.

For instant-download digital content, you can lose this right once the digital content starts being supplied, but only if you have:

  • expressly agreed to immediate access or download; and
  • acknowledged that you will lose your 14-day cancellation right once supply begins.

Our checkout makes this clear before instant access is provided. If you confirmed this at checkout, your 14-day cancellation right no longer applies to that purchase, as you have already received full access to the digital content.

If you did not see or tick this confirmation — for example due to a technical error — your standard 14-day cancellation right still applies. You can use the withdrawal request link available in our website footer, or contact us directly using the details in Section 7, and we will honour your right to a refund.


4. Recommended checkout wording

Use wording like this at checkout for instant digital delivery:

"I agree to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day cancellation right once the download, access link or digital delivery begins."

This should be an unticked checkbox or similarly clear affirmative step, not hidden in small print.


5. When we will help or refund

Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

  • your download link does not work;
  • a file is missing, corrupted or inaccessible;
  • you bought the same product twice by mistake;
  • the product delivered is materially different from the product description;
  • the checkout did not clearly obtain instant-access consent where required;
  • there is another genuine problem that prevents reasonable use of the product.

Depending on the issue, we may provide a replacement link, corrected file, alternative format, technical help, store credit or refund.


6. When refunds are not normally available

Refunds are not normally available simply because:

  • you changed your mind after accessing or downloading the digital content;
  • you did not read the product description or compatibility notes;
  • you no longer need the product;
  • you expected a different result that was not promised;
  • you want to keep using the product after receiving a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


7. How to request help

  • your order number;
  • purchase email address;
  • product name;
  • purchase date;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • screenshots or error messages if helpful.

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.


8. Nothing in this policy removes legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under consumer law, including rights relating to faulty, not-as-described or inaccessible digital content.
